Will it fit my car?

Every product page gives the size in centimetres and says which seat or boot it is for. Measure your back seat across its base from door to door, or your boot floor from the back of the rear seats to the bumper, and compare. Our Size & fit guide shows how.

Can I put it in the washing machine?

Each product page has a care line in its key. Some covers and mats are machine washable; some are wipe-clean only. If the care line doesn't say machine wash, don't machine wash it.

Is it waterproof?

Only where the product page says so. Several covers use Oxford fabric with a waterproof coating; others are water-resistant or simply padded. We use the supplier's wording and don't round it up.

Is the seat belt restraint safe?

Clip it to a well-fitted body harness, never to a collar. We don't claim a crash-test rating for any restraint, seat or barrier.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return something?

Yes. You can cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. See Returns for how.

Do the cool-touch beds and mats get cold?

No. They have a smooth surface that feels cool to the touch. They don't chill, freeze or need charging.
